if we save any contact starting with S ,it wil disapper then appear viceversa

You can't fault how user friendly the phone is, but it just doesn't work for me. The conversation can clearly be heard by everybody around you, as the sound comes out the rear speakerphone on the back at the same time. 'Leakage', I think they call it? Nokia know about the problem, but refuse the fix it. There suggestion? Put some tape over the rear speaker. Yeah, thanks for nothing Nokia...
The phone also 'flexes' quite a bit when texting. I'm back using my Nokia 2100 again, until something better comes along and it would have to be really good to beat the 2100.

I bought nokia1280 on the holy day of oct, 2 to respect simple living ideology. MERIT: Sobar look, Clear screen in strong daylight (unlike colour set) which is essential for aged persons, battery is good. Inbuilt memory and speed are ok. DEMERIT: Sound, the MOST BASIC feature, is very low from frontside, but ok from backside. The backside big speaker must be placed in front too to make it perfect. TALKING FIRST, FM LATER in basic set. So hear from backside or use selotape in back speaker to make little improvement. Hence except sound all R ok.
