With-in two days the mini screen was damaged by carrying the phone in my pocket. I did nothing to hit or damage the phone. I owned a Nokia 3120 and carried it in my pocket for eight (8) years with out damage. The phone store will not take the back. They immediately knew what the problem was as soon as I showed them the phone, there must be a defect in the LCD glass protection feature. Ring volume is an issue. I just picked the wrong phone design. I thought the new Nokia would live up to the old phones standards.

Very difficult to understand manual. Battery life is terrible. Very flimsy phone. Former phone was a lg shine. Phones by lg seem to be heads above nokia. Probably will never get another nokia. may take out sim card and put it back in my lg.

Not happy with this phone. Everything said before is true. The sound is too soft, not enough ringtones (nothing that actually sounds like a phone!), and it takes a good deal of time to turn off and on. My old phone did much better. I can't figure out where stuff is either! Plus, the manual sucks big time. Take note Nokia. You really should do better!

Horrible user interface, the address book is an abomination! no way to sort the numbers into classes to make them easier to find. Everything is hard to find. I gotr this phone as a replacement for a water-damaged nokia phone that I loved; I hate this replacement. It'll be very difficult for me to purchase another Nokia after this one.

I am about ready to throw this phone in a creek!!! I hate it! I was trying to change my ring tone, and it started playing and wouldn't stop. The tone quality is ...well, there is none. I am going to make another trip to AT&T so I can try to find a decent phone and pay a $35 restocking charge. I am not a happy camper!
