Here's what I wrote to Nokia today:

A few months ago, I inquired to your technical support about the capabilities/limitations in regards to your Nokia Mural and probabilities of firmware updates. Initially, I was very excited to receive the handset due to it's beautiful design. However, I soon became concerned due to it's limited abilities the phone provides compared to my older 3 year old Sony/Ericsson. Then, your group failed to reply to my questions, though I continued to use your phone. But today, my device broke only after 3 months of usage due to a simple matter, the battery running out and can't recharge anymore. I am actually very happy now since I have asserted your failure on the engineering of this device, and will no longer consider purchasing another product from your company ever again... even though this is my third handset over the years from your company. Also, no longer will I contribute to your company stock. I am relieved that I do not use Nokia for all that matters.

I got this phone over 6 months ago, I wanted a simple flip phone with a camera. It has been great--no problems, and it has maintained a good charge for me. The only thing surprised me with a "newer" model, that it only has polyphonic ring tones.

This phone will not stay charged. I use the wall charger every night and by noon after 3 or 4 texts battery is dead! Sad because I liked this phone if it would hold a charge!

I just bought this phone 5 days ago new from AT&T and already I'm having some problems. The screen blinks on and off, sometimes my background is upside down. I have to take it in for repair (a pain!) I am a 40yr old woman, so I have done nothing with the phone that could possibly hurt it. We'll see....aside from that, cool phone. Lovin the light effects.
